Minimum Salary definition

Minimum Salary means the lowest period of the lowest grade assigned to a class;
Minimum Salary means the lowest salary step of the salary range assigned to a classification;
Minimum Salary means the minimum annual Paragraph 5 Salary that can be contracted to be paid to an NFL player not on any Active list, and not on the Inactive list, pursuant to this Agreement.

Minimum Salary means such increased total amount. References to the Minimum Salary in this Agreement are to the Minimum Salary, as adjusted, in the year in which the event requiring such reference occurs. In addition to the Minimum Salary, the Employee shall be entitled to receive during the Term an annual cash bonus based on the performance of the Company and the Employee.
