Minimum Service Charge definition

Minimum Service Charge means the minimum Service Charge payable by the Client, specified in the Agreement, if any.
Minimum Service Charge means the minimum charge for a Nitrogen Removal Service for each Month as specified in Schedule 1 and which is payable even if that Nitrogen Removal Service is not requested or used by the Customer. Month means a period commencing at 8:00 am on the first Day of a month and ending immediately prior to 8:00 am on the first Day of the next month, except that:

Examples of Minimum Service Charge in a sentence

  • The Client agrees to pay the Minimum Service Charge based upon the minimum operating hours as set forth on Exhibit B multiplied times the Hourly Rate, annually.

More Definitions of Minimum Service Charge

Minimum Service Charge means the minimum Service Charge payable by You for the Products or Services supplied under this Agreement (as set out in the Schedule); Minimum Term means the minimum term stated in the Schedule; New Release means any new version of the Software containing significant differences from the previous versions as to be generally accepted in the marketplace as constituting a new product; Preventative Maintenance means services supplied by Canon unrelated to a malfunction of the Hardware; Professional Services means services provided to help customers plan, design, and implement Software or Services or both, as stated in the SOW and/or the Schedule and may include scoping, change management, project management and producing Canon Materials such as an audit report; Remedial Service means unscheduled maintenance required to restore Hardware so it conforms to Specifications, is safe to use and is in good working order;
Minimum Service Charge has the meaning given to that term in clause 4.7; Monthly Nomination has the meaning given to that term in clause 5.2(a);
