Minimum Suspension definition

Minimum Suspension means a suspension of thirty (30) calendar days or longer if deemed advisable by the Doctor or Commission.
Minimum Suspension means the minimum sanction, if prescribed, for an Offence as set out in Schedule 3: Table of Offences;

Examples of Minimum Suspension in a sentence

  • Suspensions issued by League Chairs or other Hockey Calgary officials that are a result of a referee’s judgment call and follow the Minimum Suspension Guidelines will not be reviewed.

  • Minimum Suspensions (as per current OHF Minimum Suspension list for that Category of hockey) that carryover to competition outside the Tournament duration must be reported as per OHF Regulation B4 and served in accordance with Member Suspension Regulations.

  • Demand Suspension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.6.

  • Provisional Suspension means the Athlete or other Person is barred temporarily from participating in any Competition or activity prior to the final decision at a hearing conducted under Article 8;

  • Short-term suspension means any disciplinary action whereby a student is not permitted to attend school for a period not to exceed ten school days.

  • Suspension Period shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(b).

  • Long-term suspension means the removal of a student from the school premises and regular classroom activities for more than ten (10) consecutive school days, or for more than ten (10) school days cumulatively for multiple disciplinary offenses in any school year. A Principal/Designee may, in his or her discretion, allow a student to serve a long-term suspension in school. Removal solely from participation in extracurricular activities or school-sponsored events, or both, shall not count as removal in calculating school days. Except for students who are charged with a disciplinary offense set forth in subsections (a) or (b) of G.L. c. 71, §37 H, or in section 37H ½ of G.L. c. 71, no student may be placed on long-term suspension for one or more disciplinary offenses for more than ninety (90) school days in a school year beginning with the first day that the student is removed from school. No long-term suspension shall extend beyond the end of the school year in which such suspension is imposed.

  • Shelf Suspension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.4.

  • Minimum Term means the minimum initial period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed the minimum term will be 12 months from your contract commencement date or other such date as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Suspension Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(a).

  • Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.

  • Base Period means (i) the test period ending December 31, 2010 (or, if the Commission has elected to stagger its biennial reviews of utilities as provided in subdivision 1, the test period ending December 31, 2010, for a Phase I Utility, or December 31, 2011, for a Phase II Utility), or (ii) the most recent test period with respect to which credits have been applied to customers' bills under the provisions of this subdivision, whichever is later.

  • Initial compliance period means the three-year compliance period that begins January 1, 1993, except for the MCLs for dichloromethane, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, benzo(a)pyrene, dalapon, di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate, di(2-ethyl- hexyl)phthalate, dinoseb, diquat, endothall, endrin, glyphosate, hexachlorobenzene, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, oxamyl, picloram, simazine, 2,3,7,8-TCDD, antimony, beryllium, cyanide, nickel, and thallium, as they apply to a supplier whose system has fewer than 150 service connections, for which it means the three-year compliance period that began on January 1, 1996.

  • Minimum Period means the minimum period for the Service, the initial term of which is set out on the Front Sheet and which starts on the Service Start Date; the minimum period may be renewed on agreement between you and us from time to time for further minimum periods for the same length as, or different to, the initial term.

  • Covenant Suspension Event has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.22(b).

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Subscription Suspension Event means the delivery by the Issuer of a notice in writing to each Authorised Participant, the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Determination Agent pursuant to the LS Operating Procedures Agreement stating that with effect from the date specified in such notice subscription of the ETP Securities shall be so suspended.

  • Minimum DSCR means, with respect to a Supplemental Loan, (i) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a fixed rate, 1.25:1, or (ii) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a floating rate, 1.10:1.

  • extended reduction period means the period for which a person is in receipt of an extended reduction in accordance with paragraph 89, 96 or 101;

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Use Period means the period commencing on the date that the ABL Agent or an agent acting on its behalf (or an ABL Credit Party acting with the consent of the ABL Agent) commences the liquidation and sale of the ABL Priority Collateral in a manner as provided in Section 3.6 hereof (having theretofore furnished the Controlling Term Agent with an Enforcement Notice) and ending 180 days thereafter. If any stay or other order that prohibits any of the ABL Agent, the other ABL Secured Parties or any ABL Credit Party (with the consent of the ABL Agent) from commencing and continuing to Exercise Any Secured Creditor Remedies or from liquidating and selling the ABL Priority Collateral has been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, such 180-day period shall be tolled during the pendency of any such stay or other order and the Use Period shall be so extended.

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Allowable Grace Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3(p).

  • In-school suspension means an exclusion from regular classroom activity for no more than ten (10) consecutive school days, but not exclusion from school, provided such exclusion shall not extend beyond the end of the school year in which such in-school suspension was imposed. No student shall be placed on in-school suspension more than fifteen (15) times or a total of fifty (50) days in one (1) school year, whichever results in fewer days of exclusion.
