Minimum Term means the minimum initial period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed the minimum term will be 12 months from your contract commencement date or other such date as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.

Examples of Minimum Term in a sentence
You can phone Us and give 30 days’ notice to terminate this entire Agreement with effect from the end of (or after) the Minimum Term.
You may have to pay a Cancellation Charge, totalling the rest of the Monthly Charges for the remainder of the Minimum Term, less 4%.
However (except as set out in point 7.2.3) if, in our total discretion, We accept notice from You to terminate this Agreement within the Minimum Term, You will have to pay Us a Cancellation Charge.
If You accept an Upgrade or Renewal then a new Minimum Term will be agreed with You.
Once that Minimum Term is over this Agreement will continue until terminated.
More Definitions of Minimum Term
Minimum Term means the initial period of this Agreement as specified in the Commercial Schedule and if not specified shall be the period from the Commencement Date until the expiry of the last Minimum Period;
