Minimum Term definition

Minimum Term means, in respect of this Agreement, the period of 12 months beginning on the Effective Date;

Examples of Minimum Term in a sentence

• If stated in your Application, you will remain liable for any residual amount owing to us at the expiry of the Minimum Term and ownership of the Purchase Equipment will not pass to you until this residual amount is paid in accordance with your Application.

• The amount of the Subsidy shall be calculated with reference to the length of the Minimum Term and, unless otherwise agreed at the sole discretion of Excalibur Communications (GB) Ltd, shall be made available to the Customer in equal quarterly instalments during such Minimum Term.

• If you terminate your subscription under this section 10(c) during the Minimum Term, then the requirement to pay us the Fees for the balance of the Minimum Term does not apply.

More Definitions of Minimum Term

Minimum Term means the initial period of this Agreement as specified in the Commercial Schedule and if not specified shall be the period from the Commencement Date until the expiry of the last Minimum Period;

Minimum Term has the meaning given to it in Clause 4(b).

Minimum Term means the minimum contract term for which Customer acquires a Service, as set out in the relevant Order, and which commences on the Billing Commencement Date.
