Minimum Term definition

Minimum Term means the minimum period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use;
Minimum Term means, in respect of this XXXX, the period of 12 months beginning on the Effective Date;

Examples of Minimum Term in a sentence

  • If stated in your Application, you will remain liable for any residual amount owing to us at the expiry of the Minimum Term and ownership of the Purchase Equipment will not pass to you until this residual amount is paid in accordance with your Application.

  • The amount of the Subsidy shall be calculated with reference to the length of the Minimum Term and, unless otherwise agreed at the sole discretion of Excalibur Communications (GB) Ltd, shall be made available to the Customer in equal quarterly instalments during such Minimum Term.

  • If you are on a Minimum Term Contract the fixed minimum term specified in your Application commences on the provision of the Mobile Services or when the SIM is activated.

More Definitions of Minimum Term

Minimum Term means the initial period of this Agreement as specified in the Commercial Schedule and if not specified shall be the period from the Commencement Date until the expiry of the last Minimum Period;
