Minimum Threshold Amount definition

Minimum Threshold Amount is defined in Section 2.7(d)(iii).
Minimum Threshold Amount means an amount equal to the greater of 10.00% of Closing Date EBITDA (i.e., $17,460,000) and 10.00% of TTM Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA.
Minimum Threshold Amount means the minimum Principal Amount of this Debenture that may be partially converted or redeemed, as applicable, such amount being US$100,000;

Examples of Minimum Threshold Amount in a sentence

  • At a date to be determined by the Secretary of State in respect of a Supplier (or some or all Suppliers collectively), and notified to the Supplier or Suppliers, but not later than the day on which the Final Reconciliation Amount is paid, the Base Minimum Threshold Amount is set to zero (0).

  • The Supplier is required to make payment of a Support Payment under Section 10.3.3(b) if and to the extent that the Supplier Payment Reserve is, or would (but for such payment) be less than the Minimum Threshold Amount.

Minimum Threshold Amount means an amount equal to five million dollars ($5,000,000).
Minimum Threshold Amount means (a) as of the date hereof, $100,000,000; and (b) at any time after the date hereof, $100,000,000 or such higher amount for Material Indebtedness (as defined in the Primary Credit Agreement) as may be specified in the Primary Credit Facility from time to time, and, if for any reason no Primary Credit Facility then exists, the amount for Material Indebtedness in the Primary Credit Facility that was most recently in effect; provided that in no event shall the Minimum Threshold Amount hereunder be greater than $200,000,000.
