Mining Claims definition

Mining Claims shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(o).

Examples of Mining Claims in a sentence

  • All such Mining Claims are validly held by the Corporation or one of the Corporation Subsidiaries (subject to the qualifications to be set out in the Kitsault Valley Title Opinions).
