Minor Works means any works required or permitted to be carried out pursuant to a Relevant Agreement other than Existing Works, Third Party Works or works which are subject to a Proposal for Change in accordance with Part C;

Minor Works has the meaning set out in Schedule 6 [Changes, Minor works and Innovation Proposals];

Minor Works means a Change that is requested by the Authority at any time after the Service Commencement Date with a value that does not exceed $50,000, Index Linked, unless otherwise agreed by the Authority;
