Miscellaneous Payments definition

Miscellaneous Payments means, with respect to any Timeshare Loan, any amounts received from or on behalf of the related Obligor representing assessments, payments relating to real property taxes, insurance premiums, maintenance fees and charges and condominium association fees and any other payments not owed under the related Obligor Note.

Miscellaneous Payments means, with respect to any Due Period, the sum of (a) Adjustment Payments and Transfer Deposit Amounts deposited in the Collection Account on the related Distribution Date and (b) Unallocated Principal Collections on such Distribution Date available to be treated as Miscellaneous Payments pursuant to Section 4.04.

Miscellaneous Payments means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the sum of Adjustment Payments and Transfer Deposit Amounts deposited in the Collection Account with respect to such Monthly Period.

Examples of Miscellaneous Payments in a sentence

• The Servicer is not required to remit any Miscellaneous Payments or Processing Charges, to the extent received, to the Collection Account.

• Class A Investor Charge-Offs shall thereafter be reimbursed and the Class A Invested Amount increased (but not by an amount in excess of the aggregate Class A Investor Charge-Offs) on any Distribution Date by the sum of (i) Allocable Miscellaneous Payments with respect to such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available for that purpose pursuant to Section 4.09(b).
