Mixed tenure definition

Mixed tenure means when a property for which a loan is sought comprises more than one self contained dwelling, with the applicant living or intending to live in one of the dwellings and let the remaining dwellings.
Mixed tenure means a building or a group of buildings which contain multiple tenure types.
