MLS Rules definition

MLS Rules means the Board’s MLS® rules and regulations including the “Multiple Listing (MLS®) Rules and Regulations”, the “Multiple Listing (MLS®) Guidelines” and the “Multiple Listing (MLS®) Policies”;
MLS Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 25(a)(ii).
MLS Rules means, collectively and as the same may be amended, (a) the MLS Constitution, (b) the Collective Bargaining Agreement between MLS and the Major League Soccer Players Union (and any extension, replacement or other subsequent collective bargaining agreement involving MLS players), (c) the Group License Agreement between MLS and the Major League Soccer Players Union (and any extension, replacement or other subsequent group license agreement involving MLS players), (d) the Rights Agreement between MLS and SUM dated as of January 1, 2012, (e) each of the MLS Agreements, (f) each of the rules, regulations, memoranda, resolutions, policies, procedures, interpretations and directives of the MLS Board of Governors and/or the commissioner of MLS (except to the extent adopted in bad faith), including without limitation, the MLS Club Commercial Guidelines, the MLS Broadcast Manual and the MLS Venue Design Guide, (g) each of the rules, regulations, memoranda, resolutions, policies, procedures, interpretations and directives of the SUM Board of Governors and/or the chief executive officer of SUM (except to the extent adopted in bad faith), (h) all agreements between MLS and any player, (i) any other agreements and arrangements to which MLS is or becomes subject or by which MLS or its assets are become bound, in each case (including the MLS Agreements) as they may be adopted, amended or modified from time to time and including the custom and practice thereunder, (j) each of the SUM Agreements, (k) the Rights Agreement between MLS and SUM dated as of January 1, 2012, and (1) any other agreements and arrangements to which SUM is or becomes subject or by which SUM or its assets are or become bound, in each case as they may be adopted, amended or modified from time to time (except to the extent any of the foregoing clauses conflict with the Expansion Agreement).

  • The parties recognize that NTREIS owns and claims all rights, titles, and interests (including but not limited to rights of copyright) in and to the MLS Database and each and every item of information and data, and each and every compilation of information and data, which is at present and which shall be at any time and from time-to-time hereafter a part of the On-Line MLS System and MLS Database; and access thereto and use thereof is strictly limited and regulated by the MLS Rules and Regulations.

  • In the absence of supporting vouchers/records, Audit could not vouchsafe the transactions.

  • Holder agrees to adhere to all the Multiple Lockbox Rules as set forth in the MLS Rules and Regulations.

  • If a violation remains uncorrected after a notice of quadruple fine, the Compliance Committee may require the Participant and Subscriber attend an MLS Rules Refresher Class within 60 days.

  • In compliance with Stellar MLS Rules and Regulations, this Agreement provides for the Participant/Subscriber as a primary or secondary member, to gain immediate access to the MLS and Public Record database for use in listing, searching and retrieving the data contained therein.

  • The A.O.R. may maintain for the use of licensed real estate brokers and salespersons, and licensed or certified appraisers, a Multiple Listing Service ("MLS") which shall be subject to the Bylaws of the A.O.R. and the California Model MLS Rules as from time to time amended by C.A.R., which are hereby incorporated by reference and such additional local MLS Rules and Regulations as may be hereinafter adopted by the Board of Directors.

  • The Grievance Committee does not conduct hearings and does not determine if a violation of the Code of Ethics, Association bylaws or MLS Rules has occurred.

  • The Participant/Subscriber agrees to comply with Stellar MLS Rules and Regulations.

  • It should NOT contain: anything that is not about the property itself including marketing info; showing info; personal information; company information; web addresses; phone numbers; co-listers; links; bonus information; words or phrases that could violate Fair Housing laws; other inappropriate information, unless required by MLS Rules or guidelines.

  • If you do not adhere to these rules, you are in violation of MLS Rules.


More Definitions of MLS Rules

MLS Rules or its successor document if any, which are in force from time to time;
MLS Rules means all MLS® Rules and policies that pertain to all PropTx Users; pp) “MLS® Sign” means a real estate sign with an associated MLS® Listing Agreement;
MLS Rules means rules contained in the Board’s MLS® rules (regional MLS® rules); hereinafter included as Schedule “B”. The Board of Directors may, from time to time, amend, add to, or delete from this list of MLS® Rules, without the requirement of a by-law change, but with notice of such amendment, addition or deletion to be provided to the Members through a Board publication (whether in paper or electronic format), prior to the amendment, addition or deletion taking effect.
MLS Rules means the Board’s MLS® rules and regulations including the
MLS Rules means the MLS’s Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time; any applicable access standards and technology standards; and any operating policies relating to the MLS Listing Information.

Related to MLS Rules

  • Scheme Rules means the applicable SEPA direct debit or credit transfer scheme rules of the European Payments Council as amended from time to time.

  • Benchmarks Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014;
