Mobile Apps definition

Mobile Apps has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Mobile Apps means software application(s) that can be installed on mobile devices, including the Raiffeisen Mobile App and/or the myRaiffeisen Mobile App.
Mobile Apps means any one or all of the Mailchimp applications available for Members to use on their mobile devices.

  • The Cus- tomer agrees to comply with, and their license to use the Mobile Apps is conditioned upon their compliance with, such App Store terms and condi- tions.

  • Each App Store may have its own terms and conditions to which the Customer must agree before downloading Mobile Apps from it.

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the availability of the Mobile Apps is dependent on the third-party websites from which they download the Mobile Apps, such as the App Store from Apple or the Android app market from Google (each an ”App Store”).
