Bank’s Mobile Apps enable access to certain Channel Services through the use of a supported electronic wireless device, such as a smartphone or tablet device (“Mobile Device”).
In addition to any fees disclosed by Bank to Customer for use of the underlying Channel Services or Services accessed through Mobile Apps, Customer and any User may incur charges from its telecommunications carrier for use of the Mobile App.
The use of Mobile Apps presents unique risks in addition to those associated with the use of the Internet generally.
This Agreement together with the applicable Channel Service Schedule and Channel Services provisions of the Bank Agreements (if any), applicable terms of use of any Mobile Apps (if any) constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties with respect to the Channel Services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements between the parties with respect to such Channel Services.
You may cancel participation in Mobile Banking by following the steps we make available online or that are provided for in the Mobile App(s), including deleting the Mobile App(s) from the Mobile Device or un-enrolling your Mobile Banking Account(s) in Mobile Banking.
