Mobile Banking Facility definition
Mobile Banking Facility means any and all of the services/facilities, some/all of which may entail payment of a fee, from time to time provided / to be provided by Bank of Maldives to its Customers for giving and/or receiving instructions through mobile telephone(s) and shall include the facility of Alerts, Payments or any other service/facility as may be offered by Bank of Maldives from time to time.
Mobile Banking Facility means any and all of the services/ facilities, some/ all of which may entail payment of a fee, from time to time provided/ to be provided by Utkarsh Bank to its Customers for giving and/ or receiving instructions through Phone(s) and shall include the facility of Utkarsh Alert, Payments or any other service/ facility as may be offered by Utkarsh Bank from time to time.

Further, in the event the Obligor(s) opt to use the 24-Hour CitiPhone Facility and/or the Citibank Online Internet Banking Facility and/or the CitiAlert Mobile Banking Facility, the Obligor(s) expressly agrees to read, understand and be bound by the applicable terms and conditions for the concerned facilities and usage of any of the said facilities shall be deemed acceptance of the concerned terms and conditions.
The Citibank Mobile Banking facility is available in certain specific regions and to subscribers of mobile phones of certain specific CSPs. The Cardmember understands that unless he is a subscriber of the specific CSPs, CitiAlert or Citibank Mobile Banking Facility will not be available to him.
