Examples of Mobilisation Services in a sentence

  • This Agreement takes effect on the earlier of it being signed by the Parties and the commencement of the Mobilisation Services and it supersedes any terms and conditions proffered by the Customer.

  • Without prejudice to the provisions of the Service Specification and the rest of this Contract, the Provider shall: secure and provide the Mobilisation Services during the Mobilisation Period; and deliver the Services with effect from the Service Commencement Date.

  • Students will be required to carry supplies and backpacks with them to class.

  • The Supplier’s undertaking of such due diligence shall be without prejudice to its obligation to perform the Mobilisation Services pursuant to the Mobilisation Requirements and by the Milestone Dates or as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Related to Mobilisation Services

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Preconstruction services means services and other activities during the design phase.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.
