Mobilisation Services definition

Mobilisation Services means those services carries out during the Mobilisation Period as set out in Schedule 6 (Mobilisation);
Mobilisation Services the services to be provided by Virtual Helpdesk to the Customer to configure the Software, importing the Import Content and provisioning the Customer’s environment. Normal Business Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm local UK time, each Business Day.

Examples of Mobilisation Services in a sentence

  • Where such failures on the part of the Customer extend the duration of the Mobilisation Services, the Customer shall be liable to pay for such additional time at Virtual Helpdesk’s prevailing daily rates.

  • The Customer shall promptly provide all information and assistance reasonably requested by Virtual Helpdesk to enable Virtual Helpdesk to provide the Mobilisation Services by the Provisioning Date, including in particular the Import Content which shall be provided in a format and structure specified by Virtual Helpdesk.

  • Virtual Helpdesk shall provide the Mobilisation Services with all reasonable skill and care and shall use all reasonable endeavours to complete the Mobilisation Services by the Provisioning Date, but time shall not be of the essence in respect of the provision of the Mobilisation Services.

  • This Agreement takes effect on the earlier of it being signed by the Parties and the commencement of the Mobilisation Services and it supersedes any terms and conditions proffered by the Customer.

Mobilisation Services means the services specified in the Service Information Part A. "Prohibited Act" means:

Related to Mobilisation Services

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
