Mode Change Date definition

Mode Change Date means the date of effectiveness of a Mode Change.
Mode Change Date means, with respect to Bonds of a Series, the date one Mode terminates and another Mode begins.
Mode Change Date means, with respect to any Bonds, the day immediately following the last day of one Mode for such Bonds on which another Mode begins.

Examples of Mode Change Date in a sentence

  • If the failed change in Mode was from the Daily Mode, the applicable 2024 Series C-2 Bond shall remain in the Daily Mode, and if the failed change in Mode was from the Weekly Mode, the applicable 2024 Series C-2 Bond shall remain in the Weekly Mode, in each case with interest rates established in accordance with the applicable provisions of Section 2.7 of this Series Indenture on and as of the failed Mode Change Date.

  • In the event the conditions described above in subsections (a) or (b), as applicable, of this Section 2.10 have not been satisfied by the applicable Mode Change Date, then the New Mode or Fixed Rate Mode, as the case may be, shall not take effect.

  • The New Mode for a 2024 Series C-2 Bond shall commence on the Mode Change Date for such Bond and the interest rate shall be determined by the Remarketing Agent (or the Authority in the case of the Interest Period for a 2024 Series C-2 Bond converted to the Term Rate Mode) in the manner provided in Sections 2.7 and 2.8 of this Series Indenture, as applicable.

  • Not less than 45 days (or such shorter time as may be agreed to by the Authority, the Trustee and the Remarketing Agent) before the proposed Mode Change Date for such Bond, the Authority shall give written notice to the Notice Parties stating that the Mode will be changed to the Fixed Rate Mode and setting forth the proposed Mode Change Date and that the 2024 Series C-2 Bonds to be converted to the Fixed Rate Mode will not be covered by the Liquidity Facility.


More Definitions of Mode Change Date

Mode Change Date means with respect to any 2017 Series B-1 Bond in a particular Mode, the day on which another Mode for such Xxxx begins.
Mode Change Date means the date one Mode terminates and another Mode begins.
Mode Change Date means with respect to any Series of Variable Rate Bonds in a particular Mode, the day on which another Mode for such Series of Variable Rate Bonds begins.
