Examples of Modified Software in a sentence
When the Licensee makes a Contribution to the Software, the terms and conditions for the distribution of the resulting Modified Software become subject to all the provisions of this Agreement.
Modified Software: means the Software modified by at least one Contribution.
The Receiving Party shall return to the Disclosing Party, destroy or erase all Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party in tangible form: (a) upon the written request of the Disclosing Party (except for Software or Modified Software contained in such Confidential Information); or (b) upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, whichever comes first, and in both cases, the Receiving Party shall certify promptly and in writing that it has done so.
When a Modified Software contains an Integrated Contribution subject to the CeCILL license agreement, or when a Derivative Software contains a Related Module subject to the CeCILL license agreement, the provisions set forth in the third item of Article 6.4 are optional.
