Modified Software definition

Modified Software means the Software modified by at least one Contribution.
Modified Software means any derivative works of the Software developed or provided by SKYTRAC during the provision of the Services, including without limitation software interfaces and extensions, and any related Documentation.
Modified Software has the definition so provided in Section 4.03(a). "Monthly New Business Fee" has the definition so provided in Section B of Exhibit Q.

  • When the Licensee makes a Contribution to the Software, the terms and conditions for the distribution of the Modified Software become subject to all the provisions of this Agreement.

Modified Software means software that has been changed for a specific user to the extent the charges for the changes are separately stated.

Modified Software means the standard software programs proprietary to the Supplier and/or third parties listed in the Statement of Work, which have been modified or are to be modified by the Supplier under this Agreement. ‘New Release’ means a new release of all or any part of the Supported Software suitable for use by the Client in which previously identified faults have been remedied or to which any modification, enhancement, revision or update has been made, or to which a further function or functions have been added. ‘New Version’ means a new version of the Licenced Software released by the Supplier after the Acceptance Date which provides additional or improved functionality or performance. ‘Open Source Software’ any software licensed under any form of open-source licence meeting the Open Source Initiative's Open Source Definition (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/docs/definition.php) or any libraries or code licensed from time to time under the General Public Licence (as described by the Free Software Foundation and set out at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/licenses/gpl.html), or anything similar, included or used in, or in the development of, the Software, or with which the Software is compiled or to which it is linked. ‘Personal Data’ has the meaning set out in the Data Protection Legislation.
