Money Market LIBOR Loan definition

Money Market LIBOR Loan means a loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to a LIBOR Auction (including such a loan bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)).

  • If such Bank shall determine that it may not lawfully continue to maintain and fund any of its outstanding Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market LIBOR Loans (as the case may be) to maturity and shall so specify in such notice, the Borrower shall immediately prepay in full the then outstanding principal amount of each such Euro-Dollar Loan or Money Market LIBOR Loan, together with accrued interest thereon.

  • Whenever any payment of principal of, or interest on, any Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market LIBOR Loan shall be due on a day which is not a Euro-Dollar Business Day, the date for payment thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Euro-Dollar Business Day unless such Euro-Dollar Business Day falls in another calendar month, in which case the date for payment thereof shall be the next preceding Euro-Dollar Business Day.

  • Concurrently with prepaying each such Euro-Dollar Loan, the Borrowers shall borrow a Base Rate Loan in an equal principal amount from such Bank (on which interest and principal shall be payable contemporaneously with the related Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market LIBOR Loan of the other Banks), and such Bank shall make such a Base Rate Loan.

  • If such Bank shall determine that it may not lawfully continue to maintain and fund any of its outstanding Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market LIBOR Loans (as the case may be) to maturity and shall so specify in such notice, the Borrowers and/or CarrAmerica LP shall immediately prepay in full the then outstanding principal amount of each such Euro-Dollar Loan or Money Market LIBOR Loan, together with accrued interest thereon.
