Money Market Loans definition

Money Market Loans means the loans provided for by Section 2.03 hereof.

Any "Money Market Loans" outstanding under the Existing Agreement on the Effective Date made by Lenders parties to this Agreement shall remain outstanding as Money Market Loans hereunder on the terms previously established with respect thereto under the Existing Agreement. Concurrently with the effectiveness of this Agreement, the Borrower shall pay all accrued and unpaid letter of credit and facility fees under the Existing Agreement to, but excluding, the Effective Date.
