Monitoring Plan definition

Monitoring Plan means the monitoring plan prepared and maintained by the Owner under condition 4.1 in Schedule E of this Approval.
Monitoring Plan means the monitoring plan submitted to the Association by each Applicant that describes with specificity the Applicant’s proposed internal compliance program, including the implementation of internal monitoring and remediation processes.
Monitoring Plan has the meaning given in Section 12.10.
