Monitoring Services definition

Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.
Monitoring Services means monitoring services with respect to the Company’s investments, including (i) negotiating servicing agreements, (ii) acting as a liaison between the servicers of the assets and the Company, (iii) review of servicers’ delinquency, foreclosure and other reports on assets, (iv) supervising claims filed under any insurance policies and (v) enforcing the obligation of any servicer to repurchase assets.
Monitoring Services means Our service reporting, network monitoring and management, cloud monitoring and management, infrastructure monitoring and management, application monitoring, VoIP telephony monitoring, data monitoring and management, and any other monitoring services as applicable to the Customer and as are described and set out in the Service delivery document.

  • The Interactive System for Driver Records and Monitoring Services, by which DPS supplies Driver Records and Monitoring Services in an electronic format including real-time and batch web-based applications, is operated and controlled by a State of Texas vendor.

  • Failure to remit timely payment may result in termination of this Agreement, denial of additional Driver Records and Monitoring Services, or the cancellation of Monitoring Services for any specific Driver Record until all payments are received.

  • Entity must require a Third Party Requestor to monitor its entire customer base for Monitoring Services.


More Definitions of Monitoring Services

Monitoring Services means the monitoring services specified in the Customer Agreement.
Monitoring Services means the monitoring and notification services provided by ADT under any contract which give rise to the Service Charge Receivables.
