NCCC and New Century will furnish SBRC with all financial and other information concerning NCCC and New Century as SBRC deems reasonably appropriate in connection with the performance of the services contemplated by this letter, including (without limitation) "Monthly Cash Flow Projections and Sensitivity Analyses," and will provide SBRC with reasonable access during normal business hours to NCCC's and New Century's officers, directors, employees, accountants, and other representatives.
