Monthly Fees definition

Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. Examples of Monthly Fees in a sentence

  • For internal accounting purposes, Cenergistic will allocate 25% of the Monthly Fees as the value of the Cenergistic Software.
