The Service Credit percentage will be calculated against Monthly Fees for the Covered Service and will be paid against future fees.
Failure to achieve the Minimum Uptime Percentage for the Covered Service will result in the Service Credit % applicable to each Covered Service, subject to a maximum cumulative Service Credit % of 25% of total Monthly Fees for the Covered Service (regardless of the number of individual service failures in the applicable month).
During any given calendar month, if FlowSec fails to meet the Time to Mitigate SLA as measured by the Consistency of Mitigation parameters, the following credits will be issued: • Single event – if the Time to Mitigate SLA is exceeded – with mitigation not meeting the Consistency of Mitigation SLA for one hour or more, FlowSec will credit the Customer’s account for such month for the pro-rated charges for two (2) days of Monthly Fees payable in respect of the affected Network Protection Services.
The following monthly fees apply: Monthly Fees Fee Amount Additional Receiver Fee* Each ▇▇▇▇, Wireless ▇▇▇▇, 4K ▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ $7.00/mo.
In no event will Service Credits in any Calendar Month exceed 25% of total Monthly Fees for that Calendar Month in case of System Uptime Availability.
