Monthly Flat Fee definition

Monthly Flat Fee is defined in Section IV.B. “Personnel Rates” are the rates listed on Schedule E and any other labor rates agreed to by the parties in writing. Rates for Equipment operators shall, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or the Proposal to the contrary, not be considered Personnel Rates. Equipment operator costs are to be included in the Equipment Rates.

Related to Monthly Flat Fee

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,
