A Responsible Person of the Servicer will certify that the information in the Monthly Investor Report is accurate in all material respects.
Upon receipt of notice from the Issuer of the determination of a Benchmark Replacement and/or the making of any Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes, the Servicer will include in the Monthly Investor Report any information regarding the Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement, the Benchmark Replacement Adjustment and any such Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes provided by the Issuer.
The Servicer will account for all deposits and payments in the Monthly Investor Report as if the amounts were deposited and/or paid separately.
