The Monthly Incentive Bonus and the Monthly Disincentive Credit to which Sun Country may be entitled or subject to each month are set forth in the applicable Arrival Performance Incentive Disincentive Table listed below and will be reflected by Sun Country on the Monthly Invoice provided in accordance with Exhibit D for the calendar month in which the incentive or credit has been calculated.
