Monthly Invoice definition

Monthly Invoice means an invoice issued in accordance with section 21 by MDL or the Incentives Pool Trustee to a Shipper or Welded Party for all Charges payable in respect of the previous Month by that Shipper or Welded Party, together with any outstanding amounts in respect of any Month prior to the previous Month.

Monthly Invoice shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 11.9.1;

Monthly Invoice means the amounts, invoiced to and payable by Network User on a monthly basis, in accordance with this Standard Transmission Agreement (STA – attachment 2 – Article 6), the Access Code for Transmission (ACT – attachment A) and the Regulated Tariffs.

• NYISO shall provide invoice and settlement information to PJM consistent with Section 7.2.1 (Invoices and Settlement Information), 7.2.3.1 (Weekly Invoice), and 7.2.3.2 (Monthly Invoice) of the NYISO Services Tariff or any successor NYISO Services Tariff provision(s).

• Timing & Submission The Monthly Invoice shall be submitted prior to 5:00 p.m. on the fifteenth calendar day of each month as a printed-paper copy signed in blue ink by an authorized signer and delivered to: OC Community Resources 000 X.

Service Provider shall present all applicable ARCs and RRCs for a particular month in one Monthly Invoice in accordance with Section 12.1 of the Agreement.

• The MSI will provide DIR with the supporting detail necessary to facilitate DIR’s payment of the Monthly Invoice to each Service Provider.
