Monthly Payment definition

Monthly Payment. The scheduled monthly payment of principal and interest on a Mortgage Loan.
Monthly Payment. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the scheduled payment of principal and interest payable by a Mortgagor under the related Mortgage Note on each Due Date.
Monthly Payment with respect to any period shall mean all amounts due and payable to any Holder or Holders during such period in accordance with the Mortgage Loan Documents.

More Definitions of Monthly Payment

Monthly Payment. As to any Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and any Due Date, the payment of principal and interest due thereon in accordance with the amortization schedule at the time applicable thereto (after adjustment for any Curtailments and Deficient Valuations occurring prior to such Due Date but before any adjustment to such amortization schedule, other than for Deficient Valuations, by reason of any bankruptcy or similar proceeding or any moratorium or similar waiver or grace period).
Monthly Payment. With respect to any Mortgage Loan (including any REO Property) and any Due Date, the payment of principal and interest due thereon in accordance with the amortization schedule at the time applicable thereto (after adjustment, if any, for Curtailments and for Deficient Valuations occurring prior to such Due Date but before any adjustment to such amortization schedule by reason of any bankruptcy, other than a Deficient Valuation, or similar proceeding or any moratorium or similar waiver or grace period and before any Servicing Modification that constitutes a reduction of the interest rate on such Mortgage Loan).
Monthly Payment. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the scheduled monthly payment of principal and interest on such Mortgage Loan which is payable by the related Mortgagor from time to time under the related Mortgage Note, determined: (a) after giving effect to (i) any Deficient Valuation and/or Debt Service Reduction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (ii) any reduction in the amount of interest collectible from the related Mortgagor pursuant to the Relief Act; (b) without giving effect to any extension granted or agreed to by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.07(a); and (c) on the assumption that all other amounts, if any, due under such Mortgage Loan are paid when due.
Monthly Payment. The scheduled monthly payment on a Mortgage Loan due on any Due Date allocable to principal and/or interest on such Mortgage Loan which, unless otherwise specified herein, shall give effect to any related Debt Service Reduction and any Deficient Valuation that affects the amount of the monthly payment due on such Mortgage Loan.
