The Purchaser shall cause the Account Bank to remit all accrued and unpaid Servicer shall reimburse itself for the Servicer Fee and anyFees and all Servicing Expenses by netting such amountsfor the related Monthly Period from Collections otherwise required to be remitted to Purchaser pursuant to Section 5.06(d) on each Settlement Date.
The Servicer Fee for any Monthly Period shall be due and payable on each Settlement Date.

The Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a data file (in a format reasonably acceptable to the Purchaser and the Servicer) containing the database file for each Purchased Contract (i) as of the Cutoff Date, (ii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Monthly Period prior to a Servicing Transfer, and (iii) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Servicing Transfer.
