Monthly Premium definition

Monthly Premium means the monthly per Subscriber fee due from GROUP for the benefits selected in Section III of the Agreement. The Monthly Premium fee includes: (i) rates for a given Rating Period, as determined by BCBSRI in accordance with the related approved rating formula on file with the Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner of the State of Rhode Island (“OHIC”) and (ii) premium tax as calculated by BCBSRI in accordance with Rhode Island General Law (“RIGL”) §44-17-1(a)(1).
Monthly Premium. The monthly premium payable to the Certificate Insurer pursuant to the Certificate Insurance Policy and the letter agreement dated as of the Closing Date, among the Certificate Insurer and the Depositors.
Monthly Premium. With respect to each Pool, the monthly premium payable to the Certificate Insurer equal to the product of (i) the applicable percentage set forth in the Insurance Agreement and (ii) the applicable then outstanding Pool Principal Balance, rounded to the nearest thousand dollars.

  • The Insured's obligation to pay Monthly Premium on a Covered Loan ceases on the last day of the month in which such loan becomes a Liquidated Covered Loan.

More Definitions of Monthly Premium

Monthly Premium or “Annual Premium” shall mean the monthly or annual premium payable to cover the Policyholder and/ or his or her spouse and children.
Monthly Premium or “Annual Premium” shall mean the monthly or annual premium payable for the insurance under this Policy covering the Policyholder and/or his or her spouse and children.
