Monthly Record Date definition

Monthly Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Monthly Record Date means the tenth day of each month commencing 10, 1997.
Monthly Record Date means, for each Monthly Period, the last Business Day of the next succeeding month or such other date established by the Trustee in order to comply with applicable law or the rules of any securities exchange or quotation system on which the Trust Units may be listed or admitted to trading, in which event “Monthly Record Date” means such other date; provided, however, that the initial Monthly Record Date may occur prior to May 30, 2012.

  • On each Monthly Distribution Date, or within a reasonable period of time thereafter, the Trustee shall distribute by mail to each Unitholder of record of such Trust at the close of business on the preceding Monthly Record Date at his post office address such Unitholder's pro rata share of the cash balance of the Principal Account as thus computed.

  • Distributions of amounts represented by the cash balance in the Principal Account for a Trust shall be computed as of each Monthly Record Date.

More Definitions of Monthly Record Date

Monthly Record Date means the last day of a calendar month.
Monthly Record Date for each month means the close of business on the last Business Day of such month unless the Trustee determines that a later date is required to comply with applicable law or the rules of any exchange on which the Units may be listed, in which event it means such later date.
Monthly Record Date means the 15th day of a month; provided, however, that if such 15th day is not a Business Day then the Monthly Record Date shall be the first Business Day after such 15th day unless the Trustee determines that a different date is required to comply with applicable law or the rules or regulations of any stock exchange on which the Units are listed, in which event it means such different date. The first Monthly Record Date shall be April 15, 1983.
