Monthly Records definition

Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount of Scheduled Receivables Payment; and past due late charges.
Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount of Scheduled Receivables Payment; current Insurance Policy expiration date; and past due late charges.
Monthly Records. All records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the identity of the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount, if any, of Force-Placed Insurance payable monthly; amount of the Scheduled Payment; current Insurance Policy expiration date; and past due late charges, if any.

Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including, with respect to each Receivable, (i) the account number, (ii) the originating Owner, (iii) Obligor name, (iv) Obligor address, (v) Obligor home phone number,(vi) Obligor business phone number, (vii) original term, (viii) APR, (ix) Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date, (x) current remaining term, (xi) origination date, (xii) first payment date, (xiii) final scheduled payment date, (xiv) next payment due date, (xv) date of most recent payment,(xvi) new/used classification, (xvii) collateral description, (xviii) days currently delinquent, (xix) number of contract extensions (months) to date, (xx) amount of Scheduled Payment, (xxi) past due late charges and (xxii) if applicable, repossession and payoff history.
Monthly Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(g).
