Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.
Monthly Redemption Date means October 15, 2008 and the 15th of each month thereafter and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

Monthly Redemption Date set forth in Section 1 of the Note is deleted in its entirety and hereby replaced with the following:
