Examples of Monthly Remittance Condition in a sentence
The Servicer shall deposit an amount equal to all Collections into the Collection Account within two Business Days after identification; provided, however, that if the Monthly Remittance Condition is satisfied, then the Servicer shall not be required to deposit into the Collection Account an amount equal to the Collections received during any Collection Period until noon, New York City time, on the Business Day prior to the related Payment Date.
If the Monthly Remittance Condition is satisfied, the Servicer shall be permitted to deposit into the Collection Account by noon, New York City time, on the Business Day prior to the related Payment Date only the net amount distributable to Persons other than the Servicer and its Affiliates on such Payment Date.
However, so long as the Monthly Remittance Condition is satisfied, the Servicer may retain such amounts identified during a Collection Period until one Business Day prior to the related Payment Date.
All amounts received upon liquidation of a Financed Vehicle shall be remitted directly by the Servicer to the Collection Account without deposit into any intervening account as soon as practicable, but in no event later than the Business Day after receipt thereof (or, if the Monthly Remittance Condition is satisfied, by no later than noon, New York City time, on the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date immediately following receipt thereof).
