Monthly Service Fee definition

Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

Monthly Service Fee has the meaning given in Clause 11.3(a);

Monthly Service Fee means as defined in Schedule A.

Examples of Monthly Service Fee in a sentence

• If the Service Provider is in breach of its obligations under this Clause 16, then, from the day falling fourteen (14) Days after the Day on which the breach arose and provided that the breach has not been remedied, the Customer shall have no obligation to pay the Monthly Service Fee to the Service Provider in respect of the period thereafter and until such time as the breach is remedied.

• If you transfer to a facility away from the Village, you will receive an adjustment to your Monthly Service Fee as specified in Exhibit B.

• You shall pay the Monthly Service Fee throughout any and all notice periods described in this section and until you have vacated the Residence, removed all your possessions, and returned the Residence to McLean in its original condition.

• In addition, you will both sign an amendment to this Agreement which states that one or both of you have agreed to live in a different residence, and identifies the residence, Entrance Fee and Monthly Service Fee for that residence.

• Payment of the Monthly Service Fee shall continue on a prorated basis until all personal property is removed from your Residence; provided, however, that in the event of termination because of your death, your estate or family will only be responsible for payments for a period of time not to exceed fifteen (15) days following your death as long as your Residence has been vacated.

More Definitions of Monthly Service Fee

Monthly Service Fee means the charge paid by the Resident, monthly, pursuant to the Agreement.

Monthly Service Fee means the monthly charges due to Faircom by the Subscriber under this Agreement in relation to the Services and equipment, excluding any once-off charges;

Monthly Service Fee means the monthly recurring fees payable by the Customer specified in the Service Order.

Monthly Service Fee means the fee that You pay each month protection pursuant to the Plan. “Plan” or “Program” refers to the specific service warranty or extended warranty. “Program Guide” refers to the documents You received from the Seller summarizing the coverages provided, enrollment limitations, program requirements, equipment, fees, processing fees, service fees or other charges or material terms. For any conflict between a Program Guide and this Agreement, this Agreement controls. “Pollutants” mean any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant, including smoke, vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. Waste includes materials to be recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed. “Replacement Equipment” means a wireless device of the same make, storage and model (but not necessarily color), or if the same make, storage and model is not available, the replacement equipment will be a different model of similar feature, functionality and fair market price to the Covered Device at the time of the Claim (but may not be the same brand or model), with the same operating system and will not be a model that is older than the Covered Device, which We provide to You in the event of a Failure of the Covered Device. Replacement Equipment becomes the Covered Device once it has been delivered to You. “Seller” means the party from whom You purchased the Program specified in the Program Guide or as listed on your receipt. “Retail Price” means that suggested non-discounted, non-subsidized retail price of the Covered Device at the Effective Date of this Agreement. “Terrorism” means an act, including but not limited to, the use of force or violence and/or the threat thereof, of any person or group(s) of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organization(s) or government(s), committed for political, religious, ideological or similar purposes including the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public, or any section of the public, in fear. “Wireless Service Provider” or “Carolina West” means Carolina West Wireless, Inc.

Monthly Service Fee means the total charges paid by you for the Service in one billing month. If you pay for the Service by upfront lump sum payment, Monthly Service Fee equal to the lump sum payment divided by the number of months of the Service covered by such payment.

Monthly Service Fee means the fee that You pay each month for protection pursuant to the Plan.

Monthly Service Fee means the monthly service fee specified in the Executed Solution Proposal.
