Monthly Servicer Report definition

Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.

Monthly Servicer Report means, with respect to each Payment Date, the certificate of the Servicer delivered pursuant to Section 3.06 of this Agreement with respect to such Payment Date, in the form attached as Exhibit C to the Indenture.

Monthly Servicer Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Transferor and the Agent, furnished by the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.

Monthly Servicer Report shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.05(a) of the Indenture.

Monthly Servicer Report means an Officer's Certificate of the Servicer completed and executed pursuant to Section 3.06, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
