Monthly Subscription definition

Monthly Subscription means the monthly charges payable in respect of Equipment supplied and Services rendered which shall comprise a monthly fee and a once-off admin fee payable by debit order in advance.

Monthly Subscription means the monthly license fee payable by the Licensee to the Licensor as further defined in clause 6.1;

Monthly Subscription is given the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5(a) of this Agreement.

Examples of Monthly Subscription in a sentence

• Customer’s use of the Cloud Service under a Monthly Subscription continues until all its deployments and/or Account are deleted.

• Customer may terminate a Monthly Subscription by deleting the applicable deployment(s) and/or Account in the Cloud Service user interface.

• Termination of a Monthly Subscription under this Section will not relieve Customer of any payment obligation accrued prior to termination.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement or this Addendum, (1) an Order Form is not required for a Monthly Subscription, and (2) the Subscription Term for a Monthly Subscription shall commence on the date of first use under Section 1.4.3.1 or first purchase under Section 1.4.3.2, as applicable, and continue until terminated by either party at any time.

• After expiry of its Annual Subscription or Consumption Subscription, Customer’s continued use of a Cloud Service without another applicable Subscription will be treated as a Monthly Subscription, for which fees will be invoiced monthly in arrears.

More Definitions of Monthly Subscription

Monthly Subscription means a Subscription of one (1) month intervals, which will be automatically extended for subsequent one (1) month periods.

Monthly Subscription. In a Monthly Subscription, Subscribers sign up for Services on a month-to-month basis, and all Fees are due monthly in advance. All Monthly Subscriptions shall automatically renew for subsequent terms equal to the initial subscription term unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement. Subscriber can terminate a Monthly Subscription by giving SmartCharts notice of cancelation in writing to xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or by using the form provided at Schedule 4. Upon receipt of the cancellation your subscription will be set to expire on the day before the next renewal date meaning you will not be charged further. For the avoidance of doubt on the expiration of your subscription you will no longer have access to the services described at Schedule 2.

Monthly Subscription means a Subscription that includes the right for Customer to use a Cloud Service on a month-to-month basis.

Monthly Subscription means the Customer’s monthly subscription to access and use the Kiroku Software and Documentation subject to the payment of the Subscription Charges;

Monthly Subscription means the Subscriber purchases Services or Software Licenses as set out in an Order, which Services or Software Licenses continues on a month to month basis, until terminated in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.2;
