Monthly Subscription means the monthly license fee payable by the Licensee to the Licensor as further defined in clause 6.1;

More Definitions of Monthly Subscription

Monthly Subscription means the monthly charges payable in respect of Equipment supplied and Services rendered which shall comprise a monthly fee and a once-off admin fee payable by debit order in advance.

Monthly Subscription. In a Monthly Subscription, Subscribers sign up for Services on a month-to-month basis, and all Fees are due monthly in advance. All Monthly Subscriptions shall automatically renew for subsequent terms equal to the initial subscription term unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement. Subscriber can terminate a Monthly Subscription by giving SmartCharts notice of cancelation in writing to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or by using the form provided at Schedule 4. Upon receipt of the cancellation your subscription will be set to expire on the day before the next renewal date meaning you will not be charged further. For the avoidance of doubt on the expiration of your subscription you will no longer have access to the services described at Schedule 2.

Monthly Subscription means the Subscriber purchases Services or Software Licenses as set out in an Order, which Services or Software Licenses continues on a month to month basis, until terminated in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.2;

Monthly Subscription means the Customer’s monthly subscription to access and use the Kiroku Software and Documentation subject to the payment of the Subscription Charges;

Monthly Subscription means a Subscription of one (1) month intervals, which will be automatically extended for subsequent one (1) month periods.
