Monthly Subscription Fee definition

Monthly Subscription Fee means the Subscription Fees payable by the DPO to STAR for the license granted under this SLA on a monthly basis as set out in Part I of the SLA along with all applicable indirect taxes including all but not limited to Goods and Services Taxes (“GST”), cess, charges, levies, duties, as applicable. All such taxes, as applicable, shall be charged by STAR and payable by DPO.
Monthly Subscription Fee means the fees for each Month payable by the Operator to the Broadcaster in terms of Clause 5 of this Agreement.
Monthly Subscription Fee means the Subscription Fee(s) payable by the DPO to TVTN for the license granted under this SLA on a monthly basis as set out in Clause 5 of the SLA along with all applicable indirect taxes including Goods and Services Taxes (“GST”), cess, charges, levies, duties, as applicable.
