Montreal Protocol definition

Montreal Protocol means the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, adopted in Montreal on 16 September 1987 and as subsequently adjusted and amended.
Montreal Protocol means the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts of Violence at Airports Serving International Civil Aviation done at Montreal on 24 February 1988, contained in Schedule 6;
Montreal Protocol means the 1987 Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, as subsequently adjusted and amended.
