Tenant may have, at its own expense, the top four (4) spaces (out of the eight total spaces) on the Building Monument sign, and Tenant may install one sign on each of the north and south sides of the east stair tower on the fascia of the Building.
Monument sign shall be designed and installed per City requirements.
