Monument sign definition

Monument sign means a low-profile sign which is incorporated into the landscape or architectural design scheme where the sign is located.
Monument sign means a freestanding sign having the appearance of a solid base of landscape construction materials such as brick, stucco, stonework, textured wood, tile or textured concrete materials compatible with the materials of the primary structure on the subject property.
Monument sign means a ground-related, freestanding sign which is attached to the ground or to its base on grade by a solid sign structure and which structure extends from the ground or base to the sign face at the same or greater width as the sign face.
