Moody’s Recovery Rate definition

Moody’s Recovery Rate. With respect to any Collateral Obligation, as of any date of determination, the recovery rate determined in accordance with the following, in the following order of priority:
Moody’s Recovery Rate means, in respect of each Collateral Debt Obligation, the recovery rate determined in accordance with the Investment Management Agreement or as so advised by Moody’s.
Moody’s Recovery Rate means, with respect to any Loan Asset, as of any date of determination, the recovery rate determined in accordance with the following, in the following order of priority:

Examples of Moody’s Recovery Rate in a sentence

  • With respect to any Collateral Obligation that is a Defaulted Obligation or a Deferring Security, an amount equal to (a) the applicable Moody’s Recovery Rate multiplied by (b) the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation.

  • As of any date of determination, the number, expressed as a percentage, obtained by summing the product of the Moody’s Recovery Rate on such Measurement Date of each Collateral Obligation (excluding any Defaulted Obligation) and the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation, dividing such sum by the Aggregate Principal Balance of all such Collateral Obligations and rounding up to the first decimal place.

  • As of any date of determination, the number, expressed as a percentage, obtained by summing the product of the Moody’s Recovery Rate on such Measurement Date of each Collateral Obligation and the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation, dividing such sum by the Aggregate Principal Balance of all such Collateral Obligations and rounding up to the first decimal place.

  • With respect to any Collateral Obligation, an amount equal to the product of (i) the applicable Moody’s Recovery Rate and (ii) the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation.

  • With respect to any Collateral Obligation that is a Defaulted Obligation or a Deferring Obligation, an amount equal to (a) the applicable Moody’s Recovery Rate multiplied by (b) the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation.

Moody’s Recovery Rate means, in respect of each Collateral Debt Obligation, the recovery rate determined in accordance with the Investment Management Agreement or as so advised by Moody's.

Moody’s Recovery Rate. With respect to any Collateral Debt Security on any Measurement Date, an amount equal to (A) if the Specified Type of Collateral Debt Security is included in the table attached as Schedule A (the Moody’s Recovery Rate Assumptions) hereto, the percentage for such Collateral Debt Security set forth in Schedule A (the Moody’s Recovery Rate Assumptions) hereto in (x) the table corresponding to the relevant Specified Type of Collateral Debt Security, (y) the column in such table setting forth the Xxxxx’x Rating of such Collateral Debt Security on such Measurement Date and (z) the row in such table opposite the percentage of the issue of which such Collateral Debt Security is a part relative to the total capitalization of (including both debt and equity securities issued by) the relevant issuer of or obligor on such Collateral Debt Security determined on the date on which such Collateral Debt Security was originally issued or (B) if the Specified Type of Collateral Debt Security is not included in the table set forth in Schedule A (the Moody’s Recovery Rate Assumptions) hereto, the Recovery Rate set forth following such table with respect to the applicable Specified Type.
Moody’s Recovery Rate means any of the recovery rates set forth in the definition of "Moody's Weighted Average Recovery Rate" under the caption "Moody's Priority Category Recovery Rate".
Moody’s Recovery Rate means, with respect to a Collateral Interest on any Measurement Date, an amount equal to the percentage for such Collateral Interest set forth in the Moody’s Recovery Rate Matrix attached as Schedule C hereto) in (x) the applicable table and (y) the row in such table opposite the Xxxxx’x Rating (determined in accordance with procedures prescribed by Moody’s for such Collateral Interest on the date of its purchase by the Issuer or, in the case of an Impaired Interest, the Xxxxx’x Rating immediately prior to default).
Moody’s Recovery Rate means, in respect of each Collateral Debt Obligation, the recovery rate determined in accordance with the Investment Management Agreement or as so advised by Moody's, provided always that Moody's shall be required to confirm the Moody's Recovery Rate applicable to any Intermediary Obligation that is a credit default swap.
