Mortgage File definition

Mortgage File. The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

Mortgage File. The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan referred to in Exhibit B annexed hereto, and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

Mortgage File. The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01(b) pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan required to be delivered to the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Mortgage File in a sentence

• There exists as part of the related Mortgage File an Assignment of Leases (either as a separate instrument or incorporated into the related Mortgage).

• With respect to each Mortgage Loan, except as contained in a written document included in the Mortgage File, there have been no modifications, amendments or waivers, that could be reasonably expected to have a material adverse effect on such Mortgage Loan consented to by the Mortgage Loan Seller on or after the Cut-off Date.

• The Mortgage File contains an appraisal of the related Mortgaged Property with an appraisal date within 6 months of the Mortgage Loan origination date, and within 12 months of the Cut-off Date.

• The Mortgage File contains an appraisal of the related Mortgaged Property with an appraisal date within 6 months of the Mortgage Loan origination date, and within 12 months of the Closing Date.

• The Master Servicer shall notify the Trustee that any such substitution or assumption agreement has been completed by forwarding to the Trustee the original of such substitution or assumption agreement, which in the case of the original shall be added to the related Mortgage File and shall, for all purposes, be considered a part of such Mortgage File to the same extent as all other documents and instruments constituting a part thereof.

More Definitions of Mortgage File

Mortgage File. The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan contained in either the Servicing File or Custodial File.

Mortgage File. With respect to any Mortgage Loan or the related Serviced Loan Combination, subject to Section 2.01(b), collectively the following documents:
