Mortgage Insurer definition

Mortgage Insurer. The insurance company or companies which issue any Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies with respect to any Mortgage Loans.
Mortgage Insurer. Either of United Guaranty Mortgage Indemnity Company or Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation or any replacement Mortgage Insurer, as applicable.
Mortgage Insurer means the Federal Housing Administration as a mortgage insurer, the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as a mortgage guarantor and any issuer of private mortgage insurance.

  • Where applicable, the Servicer shall incorporate any bidding requirements issued by the respective Primary Mortgage Insurer and/or the respective Pool Insurer.
