Mortgage Policies definition

Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).

• Evidence reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent of payment by the Borrower of all Mortgage Policy premiums, search and examination charges, escrow charges and related charges, mortgage recording taxes, fees, charges, costs and expenses required for the recording of the Mortgages and issuance of the Mortgage Policies.

• With respect to each Mortgaged Property, such affidavits, certificates, information (including financial data) and instruments of indemnification (including a so-called “gap” indemnification) as shall be required to induce the title insurance company to issue the Mortgage Policies contemplated above.

• The Incremental Amendment may, without the consent of any other Lenders, effect such amendments to this Agreement and the other Credit Documents (including, without limitation, any Mortgage modifications and related date-down endorsements to the Mortgage Policies) as may be necessary or appropriate, in the reasonable opinion of the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, to effect the provisions of this Section 2.14.

More Definitions of Mortgage Policies

Mortgage Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.10(2)(c).
