Mortgaged Property Security Documents definition

Mortgaged Property Security Documents means collectively, the Mortgages and all other agreements, instruments and other documents, whether now existing or hereafter in effect, pursuant to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary grants or conveys to the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties a Lien in, or any other Person acknowledges any such Lien in, real property as security for all or any portion of the Obligations, as any of them may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • With respect to each Mortgaged Property within the Collateral the Administrative Agent has: (i) a first priority lien upon the fee simple title to the Mortgaged Property; (ii) a first priority lien upon the leases and rents applicable to the Mortgaged Property; (iii) a first priority lien upon all equipment and fixtures applicable to the Mortgaged Property; and (iv) all Mortgaged Property Security Documents reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent.

Related to Mortgaged Property Security Documents

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of this Indenture.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).
