Motor scooter definition

Motor scooter means a motor-driven cycle with a motor rated not more than four and nine-tenths (4.9) horsepower and not greater than fifty (50) cubic centimeters, which is capable of a maximum speed of not more than thirty (30) miles per hour.
Motor scooter means a motor vehicle designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, with an engine size greater than 50 cubic centimeters but less than 250 cubic centimeters, and with a step-through frame.
Motor scooter means the same as defined in [291C-1]286-2, HRS.
