Motor Vehicle Records definition

Motor Vehicle Records means any record that pertains to a motor vehicle operator's permit, driver's license, motor vehicle title, motor vehicle registration, or identification card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Motor Vehicle Records means all applications, reports required by law, registrations, histories, certificates and licenses issued or revoked by the department and the information, including personal information, contained in them.
