Moveable Equipment definition

Moveable Equipment means equipment that is portable in nature and designed to aid in the execution of scheduled programs or activities. Examples are basketballs, hockey nets, pucks, volleyball nets, sports balls.
Moveable Equipment means the equipment identified in Schedule C and such other equipment as supplied by BLSI to Nordion.
Moveable Equipment means equipment, including technology equipment, for a school construction project that supports the educational program. Moveable equipment has an expected life of at least 5 years and is not attached to the building. This term also includes “furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)”;

Moveable Equipment means the equipment so identified in Exhibit 1.20 of the Facilities Agreement.
