MPI Approved Products means: (i) those products of the Applicant that are listed in an MPI Approved Products List published by MPI prior to the date of this Agreement; and‌ (ii) in all other cases, those Applicant Products that, after completion of the test process in Article 3, meet or exceed the applicable MPI Standards;

  • Refer to MPI Approved Products Listing for the VOC content level of paint products and to the MPI website (www.paintinfo.com) for current information.

  • If the Applicant fails to provide this information to MPI for an MPI Approved Product, then MPI will not include that information for that MPI Approved Product in the next printed publication of the MPI Approved Products List and MPI will have the right to remove the VOC range information immediately from any Digital Form of the MPI Approved Products List.

  • MPI acknowledges that any and all goodwill associated with the Applicant Marks, including any goodwill arising out of MPI’s use of the Applicant Marks in the MPI Approved Products List will endure exclusively to the benefit of the Applicant.

  • Products: Complying with MPI standards indicated and listed in "MPI Approved Products List."2.

  • Upon receipt, MPI will review the Listing Documents and, if in order, MPI will include a description of that MPI Approved Product (the “Approved Product Description”) in the next printed edition of the MPI Approved Products List and, within a reasonable time after the approval date, will include that Approved Product Description in the Digital Form of the MPI Approved Products List.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Designated country end product means a WTO GPA country end product, a Free Trade Agreement country end product, a least developed country end product, or a Caribbean Basin country end product.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products that exist prior to the commencement of work under the contract. Existing Products must be identified on the Product prior to commencement of work or else will be presumed to be Custom Products.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.
