MSP Contract definition

MSP Contract means that certain Maritime Security Program Operating Agreement, Agreement No. MA/MSP-104, concerning the Vessel, dated February 1, 2005, between Charterer and the United States of America, represented by the Secretary of Transportation acting through the Maritime Administrator, as amended.
