MSP Portal means ConnectWise’s support portals, including by not limited to the ITsupport24/7 Web Portal that allows Client to order, add or otherwise manipulate the elements of the ConnectWise Offering, as well as view and monitor the systems of its End Users.

Examples of MSP Portal in a sentence

  • Each service and software included in the ConnectWise Offering ordered by Client may be subject to additional license terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in the online terms and conditions which Client will be required to review and accept via the MSP Portal and / or directly with a third party End User License Agreement prior to using such additional software and/or services within the ConnectWise Offering ordered by Client (“Additional Terms”).

These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
