Multicurrency Facility definition

Multicurrency Facility means the Multicurrency Commitments and the extensions of credit made thereunder.

More Definitions of Multicurrency Facility

Multicurrency Facility means the facility described in Sections 2.2(c) and 2.2(d) providing for Loans to Company by Multicurrency Facility Lenders in the aggregate principal amount of such Lenders' Multicurrency Facility Commitments.

Multicurrency Facility means the facility provided by (a) the Multicurrency Lenders to make Multicurrency Loans to the Multicurrency Borrowers, (b) the Overdraft Line Bank to make Overdraft Loans to the Multicurrency Borrowers and (c) the Issuing Banks to Issue Letters of Credit for the account of the Multicurrency Borrowers, in each case on and after the Closing Date in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

Multicurrency Facility shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of Facility.
