Multiple definition

Multiple means the least of (i) three, (ii) the greater of one and the number of years and fractions thereof during the period from the Date of Termination (as hereinafter defined) and the Executive's 65th birthday, and (iii) if the Executive had announced his intention to retire before the Date of Termination, the number of years and fractions thereof from the Date of Termination until the date of such intended retirement.
Multiple means the lesser of (i) three and (ii) the number of years and portions thereof (expressed as a decimal fraction) from the Date of Termination until the Executive's 65th birthday.
Multiple shall be the number expressed in the Performance Measure Factor Grid. The highest Multiple shall be no greater than 1.5.

Multiple means (i) three if the Executive's Date of Termination (as defined herein) occurs on or prior to the first anniversary of the Effective Date, (ii) two if the Executive's Date of Termination occurs after the first anniversary of the Effective Date but on or prior to the second anniversary of the Effective Date, and (iii) one if the Executive's Date of Termination occurs after the second anniversary of the Effective Date but on or prior to the third anniversary of the Effective Date.
